Shipping
Flat rate shipping fee of $8.
Free shipping for purchases over $150.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders made before 12 pm EST will ship same day. Orders after 12 pm EST will ship next day. Once shipped, standard shipping should take up to 7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping, but as we grow we intend to add that to our offerings.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you absolutely love your matching pieces, but we understand that sizing may not work out or you may have changed your mind. Should you need to exchange for sizing, you only need to pay the cost of one way return shipping. Should you choose to return your items, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your items for store credit as we hope you find something else you like.
What if my items arrive damaged or defective?
We are very sorry that has happened, please report the item within 10 days of receiving by emailing letsmatchie@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the item.
What if my exchange item is no longer in stock?
Unfortunately we do not have control over purchases. If your size is no longer in stock we will offer a store credit towards any future purchase.
